The
house was design base on traditional malay style. The roof was bigger than the
building body. This can help to protect from the rain. As you can see in the
middle of balcony open a space for metal fencing, this can help owner to have a
nice view from the house to outside while sitting on balcony for a cup of tea.
But this kind of design was not suit to modern design which may use fully
glasses or metal fencing.
At
the ground floor just simply having a car park area without any gated. It is
totally a villager’s taste. This may apply to gated community but not in the
village. Mostly the owner may need to spend some money for that.
Overall the house may need a
- Change some design on the concrete fencing at 1st floor. (~3k)
- add auto gate complete with gate light (~5k)
- make house fencing to concrete type (~4k)
