Seem like no one living in this house. Most of the external outlook was look like pretty old and the house was covered by a tree. May look like a manggo tree. But the valueable thing is the stainless steel gate. It properly cost you a few thousands to install. The balcony may look like a bit old fashion and may need a big renovation on it. Especially the door and window on the balcony. You can change the door as a glass type. It may help to improve the balcony's outlook.
Mostly in malaysia like the install the so call "owning" which is external roof. But i rather choosing the concrete one. Yes. The concrete may cost me up to 10k and may need council to approve. It quite a lot of works and cash for that. So people will choose this type of external roof.
Overall the house may need a
-bright colour like white to make the house outlook look brand new one. (~5k)
-change some design on the bolcony. (~5-10k)
-compound light may need to change. (~150-300)
-interior design. (depend on the house owner)
