This house was occupied by people. It look like got some major renovation. Owner had build up 2 big size columns to support for the concrete roof and first floor. This also cost ~10k already. Not yet include the concrete roof which may cost you another ~10k. The balcony and it design easily may cost you up to 15k. Plus the stainless steel door in first floor, it can take 1-2k for that. But one thing weird is the blue roof top. I think its main function as external protection for the concrete roof’s paint from the rain.

The balcony seems like too much lighting at there. It has almost 10+ lighting at there. Too much lighting there may make the balcony look messy. But I like the minor orange color paint on the house. It makes the white color of the house look sharp and fresh. The auto gate fashion was old fashion. But currently people are using these kinds of gates. The costing is quite high for that because the metal using for gate was compact iron.

Overall the house may need a
-remove the blue color roof. (~100-200 or owner can remove by himself)
-change the balcony surrounding to glasses type. (~2-3k)
-reduce some lighting point at balcony. (~200)
-interior design. (depend on the house owner)
