The owner did not make renovation on the balcony. So make the house look typical old and like traditional house. The “owning” on 1^st floor was single layer and it just act as protector from the rain but not the sun. It quite hot if just makes it single layer. The balcony was sealed and the metal fencing also looking old fashion already. The car porch space for the house are big but it just a place for the car park. Therefore owner should be fully utilized the car porch space. The gate is normal type but seem like the compound light are not match on left and right hand side.

Overall the house may need a

-Dismantle the sealed type balcony (~2k)

-extended concrete roof to half of the car porch (~5k)

-change the design on the balcony.

            > add glasses door (~1.5k)

            > balcony fencing to glasses type (~3k)

-compound light can change to fit another side (~50)

- The “owning” on 1^st floor need to extended to half of the car porch (~2k)

- House outlook need a fresh paint (~2-3k)

- Auto gate can change to modern design auto gate (~1.5k)
